Reply to "Why do I lose icons in description editor?.."

mar.. you can try doing what I did and so far.. it works.

Create a "blank" new listing.. you MAY have to try several.. no.. make that MANY times.. and I guess it helps if you log-off, clear cache, etc.. etc.. between attampts.

As soon as you get one blank template WITH the icons.. type in a title (you HAVE to do that on account of Auctiva won't "save" a completely blank template).. in my case I put in the auction title "TEST". Then save it.

From there on out.. whenever you want to start with a clean slate (save for the title.. which you can easily change) simply pick that listing and "revise". Works fine and I haven't had ANY listing template that had icons.. lose them later after saving.

Gee.. I really love this about this community.. even when we can't find answers amongst the site designers.. we come up with our own!
