All you have to do is renew the token, it dosen't cost you anything and the token is to let auctiva be able to list your items.
My guess as to why they put the warning up at 6 months instead of 30 days is so they dont have everyone renewing it at the same time and bottle neck the server.

As to your support ticket give them time they have been working on alot of issuse with the last changes ebay made. I am sure they are addressing the problems in order of importance.

Your issue can be fixed by just renewing your token if you don't want to see the warning.
