Why do my profiles disappear when I go back into a saved listing?

I'm new to Auctiva and have just done my first 2 listings. I have 'saved' them as I am going to do a few and post/list them at a later date (not sure when). I have gone back into both of these saved listings to add something and there no longer have my master profile or other profiles in there, it just says --select--. However, when I 'revise' it, everything from my profiles is there. Is it suppose to be like this (ie: --select--) If not, what do I have to do to make sure it doesn't happen again?
