Why does Auctiva Keep Freezing up?????

This has been happening for three day now. I am working on my listing and when I try to preview or try to save nothing happens. I have to try and open another window and it works for a while then, back to the freeze up.. while the other window is open it get a dsl error. What is going on with this?? I keep loosing all of my information and have to start all over. Thank for any and all help.. Kim
