Why not put a notice above the window scroller

According to you the window scroller on the auctions are down during the peak hours so that the images can function properly. Then every morning it seems to be down for some reason or another.

So why not put in BIG LETTERS above the window scroller that 'THESE IMAGES ARE ONLY SEEN DURING NOON TO 6 PM & MIDNIGHT TO 6 AM'
