Hi,

You need to use the Revise Listing editor at eBay. You can update your listing at Auctiva and then use the <HTML> icon on the Saved Listings page to copy and paste the new HTML code into the eBay description to replace the problem code. Make sure you delete the old code, except for the Scrolling Gallery that is demarc  at beginning and end of the code.

This is the common method to update a problem listing without cancellation or make revision on a Relist.
