Here is the deal.
If you use Firefox, and you click on any Auctiva site, or any listing that uses Auctiva and uses click to enlarge, or try to check out, you get a big red screen saying that the page is a reported "attack site".
Still.
Today.
Wednesday.
Six days after they claim they were aware their system had malware.
Now, the last time this happened, they told us "just turn it off". And lo and behold, it was still infected.
So, why are we to trust it now? Please explain.
And, why are our buyers to trust it?
so sorry to hear of your problems rubberduck
i AM on Firefox & ALWAYS have been
i went to your store & browsed back as far as your OLDEST listing & no warning screens
rechecked my listings & no problems clicking on Supersize either
have you considered filing a report with Auctiva & explaining to them what is going on?
they reply pretty quick & take the time to try & help you through your problem
i did notice you have quite a few NEW listings & that they are hosted through Auctiva
i guess Auctiva can't be giving you as much grief as you make it sound...??
good luck
