Do we still get this discount if we use Auctiva? I am trying to relist an unsold saved listing and every time I click on "estimate fees" it doesn't show the reduced insertion price. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?? thanks!

Hi,
You are doing nothing wrong! Auctiva does not update their "Estimate Fees" when eBay has a special; it would be too time consuming for them. But don't worry, you will get the special rate if your listing meets eBay requirements for the special (i.e. Auction only vs. Fixed Price listing). This special is for Auction Only so make sure your listing is a basic auction and you will be OK.

I've listed on ebay sales days and the correct sale fees have been charged. I don't think auctiva gets any advance notice, so the estimates are wrong.
