Bingo. They didn't end them.
You have a low feedback, and none from buyers. eBay doesn't always trust low feedback. Get more feedback, get ID Verified with eBay, etc. Your listing don't show up immediately becuase they're most likely in eBays fraud system getting reviewed. And eBay isn't always fast at adding items to their search results as well.
You just need to list the item then wait for eBay to add them it may take them up to a day.
