13 items in eBay not listing on my Auctiva store at all

What's going on here? It's been nearly 24 hours since I last put up many of my auctions, and they are still not showing up in my Auctiva Store!!! Nobody knows they exist, unless they use the eBay tools only! How come it takes so long for items to appear? Cant you put an "import" button that I can click on Auctiva to manually initiate a complete Import action and pick up my new auctions?

I suggest you file a support case about this issue using the apropriate link on our help page... http://www.auctiva.com/free_auction_software_help/help.aspx

A button like you described is on our list of features to add for our phase II release later this year.
