1st Listing Through Auctiva - No Gallery Photo

I should add that I have all the images I require, except the gallery photo, linked to Photobucket in the HTML.

Since you entered the image URL into the "Select an Image" box labeled "Gallery" when creating the listing, the specified gallery image should have been submitted to eBay when the listing was posted. Based on the behavior you have described, I recommend contacting our customer support team for further investigation into this issue.

Hi Mike,

In the link you posted, in the section about images particularly replacing and removing them, at the end it just 'save your changes'.

Is that it, will re-synch automatically, or does it have to be reposted?

The instructions on how to remove and replace images in our FAQ actually only applies to the images within the description. In order to add a gallery image to an active listing, you would need to revise the listing via the following process:

1) Visit the item on eBay.
2) Right-click the image you’d like to make your new header/gallery image and click “Properties”
3) Copy the image URL, which begins with http://...
4) Click the “Revise your Item” link at the top of the auction page.
5) Click the “Add Pictures” button.
6) Delete the text(if any) in the “Enter URL…” field(if any) and replace it with the copied URL.
7) Click the “Insert Pictures” button and save your changes.
