Hi, I just listed my first item and all seems to be well except one thing. I have diabled the "Discount for multiple items" area on Ebay (since I am only listing one item at this time) and I just checked my listing on Ebay and down by shipping it has the statement showing that I am offering discounted shipping and to check my other items! Did I do something wrong?

Thanks.

Hi cyandolphin, on the create an ebay listing page under shipping tools there is a box that says: make this item eligible for a shipping discount according to my ebay preferences. That box is checked by default. Did you uncheck it?

Also if you have made a profile for the shipping section, you may want to uncheck it there as well so it will not be checked anymore when you load from your profiles.

As far as the listing you have already posted it really isnt worth the hassle for what you would have to do to fix it. You said you only had the one item so it isnt possible to apply a discount anyway, right?.

I hope this helps you! Good luck , William
Thanks William, not sure if I did uncheck it or not. How would I look to see? Would I just click the Edit button on the Saved Listings area?

Also, I did discover one more thing that again, may be my mistake. There is an area in the center of the listing, which I have on other listing before, and it would normally show all the items listed and it has your store name on top. Of course it looks kind of silly on my listing since I don't have other items (yet) and I don't have a "store" so my login name is there instead of a store name. Not sure what this area is called (gallery maybe?) but why is it there? Once I have other items and a store name, it would make sense.

Thanks again,
Debbie
