2 Days now waiting for import update! Happening to other's too?

I listed my idem thurday night late on eBay because this site was updating and not available. Now my listing still has not been imported resulting in it's not be included in my other sales. If my item does not sell - I won't want to relist for free on ebay because the same thing will happen, right?
When Auctiva is good, it is very, very good - When bad it is torrid! Support said they would put me on priority list - 24 hours ago!

If this ever happens to me for more than 24 hours...I know it won't be importing. I simply file a support case inquiry, and Auctiva usually has it reset and listed within hours (during normal business days)

What? Within hours? I did file a support case with help and they said they will put me on their high priority list - that was twenty-four hours ago...
