1.Can I still use Stamps.com for my postage?

Sometimes I quote usps parcel post shipping and then upgrade my bidders to Fed-Ex where the insurance is free for the first $100.

2. So can I not offer your insurance to my bidders and just purchase it as I need it?

Just curious, have you had any complaints on this? I was under the impression that you had to mail by whichever method the buyer paid for and you cannot change it after the sale.
