2 Newbie Questions

Hello, I have 2 questions.
1. For the auto feedback, it will only auto leave the feedback if it is positive, right? And, it will not auto leave feedback for the SELLER, right? What I mean is, it will only leave feedback for people who buy the item from me. It will not leave feedback if I receive a positive from seller, right?
2. For the Sellathon tracking trial, when it expires, it will not renew on it is own right? (I don't think I have input any payment information anyways)

Hi LinNW,

1a) Yes, the automated feedback system will only leave reciprocal feedback on your behalf once POSITIVE feedback is received from the buyer.

1b) No, Auctiva's automated feedback system will not automatically leave feedback from items that you purchase.

2) Yes, when the free 30 day trial on Sellathon's Viewtracker service expires, it will not renew automatically. However, you will always be able to use the free Sellathon counters provided by Auctiva even if you choose not to renew Viewtracker.
