Hello,

Just hoping that someone out there can lend a helping hand...but in plain english though.

1st problem:

I try to fill out my description on the listing page at Auctiva, but when I preview or save it or list it...no matter what it get's changed somehow. It seems to get rearranged and/or underlined and then I have to go to the revision page at eBay and fix it there. Does anybody know how to fix that?

2nd problem:

I have to edit my picture in 4 of my listings and when I was done, I didn't have a store window in those 4 auctions. How can I fix that? The box was checked where it says to use the template matching store window, but it didn't show up in the auctions. Does anybody know what to do about that?

Thanks to anybody that can help me. I'm not in any extreme rush & I'm not cranky about this, but I would really appreciate some help. Thank you!

Oh, by the way...I am able to do some things with html (I'm just not an expert)...I edit my auctions that way sometimes...so if I can only fix this by html, then just let me know how. Thanks!

Hi rosary_maker,

1) I suggest that you file a support case regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:

http://www.auctiva.com/free_auction_software_help/help.aspx

2) To add the store window to your listings for which it has been removed, please retrieve your store window html from Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window HTML. Then, using eBay's "Revise your Item" form, simply paste the store window html above or below your html desription, depending on where you'd like it to appear. However, when your store window is added in this manner, the colors will not automatically coordinate to your template colors.
