This appears to be a timeout issue, but we will need the RAY ID of that Cloudflare error message to pinpoint the error.
Within Auctiva, if you could please file a support ticket under the Help tab, with the RAY ID and the exact steps you took to get such ID, we will be happy to assist you further.
I will however, first suggest that you first clear your browser cache, or try a different browser to see if the issue continues.
