Hi, its now around 15 hours or so since i noticed that around 50 of my images are missing from my ebay listings, all these images were o.K in the past but now they are just showing as question marks in both my listings and my auctiva images folder on your site, i reported this yesterday and i'm still wqaiting for this to be sorted out.
I have tried to replace some of these using the original images that i have on my mac and have read through the instructions to do so on the help page, when i tick the box next to the missing image and then click on the blue replace button at the top or bottom of the page nothing else happens so i cant even replace the images that are missing from my listings even after reading how to replace these images in the active listings,
PLEASE HELP i need this corrected ASAP,
