Hi
I'm not sure how to do the following and figured might as well ask.

In the description part of my listing I don't like the font that is the default one nor do I like the size. How do I make it do the one I always want to use thus saving me time.

Also I would love to have certain descriptions already in there that I don't have to retype over and over again.

Plus the last question, I love the ability to have so many pictures but I wondered if I can add pictures of my other auctions and let people know that's what they are and possible add a link to them with the pictures.

Thanks for your help
Linda

Hi Linda,

Here's some tips/suggestions:

In the description part of my listing I don't like the font that is the default one nor do I like the size. How do I make it do the one I always want to use thus saving me time.

The fonts for listings are generally controlled (default) from the template used, i.e. they're set as part of the template's design theme. You could create a custom version of any Auctiva template(s) that operates the font family, size, color, etc. per your own needs. That's the broad-stroke method to cover both Description and Seller Details sections. Note, it does take some basic coding knowlege of HTML/CSS to update templates (or at least get best results).

Also I would love to have certain descriptions already in there that I don't have to retype over and over again.

Look into the Item Details profile at the Profiles tab. Once created, you select that profile for that section of the one-page lister as fill-in.

Plus the last question, I love the ability to have so many pictures but I wondered if I can add pictures of my other auctions and let people know that's what they are and possible add a link to them with the pictures.

The Auctiva Store window is probably the simplest method that doesn't require constant linkage updates with your own code to operate. There are other versions of the Store window, besides the classic Scrolling Gallery. You can see those and test them at the Store tab and "Customize" from navigation drop-down, or from Edit Scrolling Gallery link on the main Store page.

Hope those tips help.
