I'm finding it tiresome to have to load my profiles for shipping, checkout, marketing each time. Surly I just haven't figured out how to have them there all the time...could someone please tell me how so I don't have to load them up each and every time? That takes longer then actually typing them in each time.

Actually, the Seller Details profile is different from the Master Profile. The seller details only adds customizable text fields to your listing if you're using a template. But what the OP would want to do is use a Master Template like SolelySucculent said.
With a Master Template, you can pre-set settings from all the different sections of the One Page Lister, for example if you normally use Calculated Shipping with USPS Priority Mail primary and Parcel Post secondary, you can set that up in your Master Template so that as soon as you load the master template that's all done.

That's correct. When you preview the templates that are provided, you will notice that there are additional sections that appear below the normal description, which are entitled "Shipping", "Payment", "Terms of Sale", "About Us", and "Contact Us". If you would like any of these sections to appear within your listings, you will need to use a seller details profile.

When you create a seller details profile and apply it to one of your listings, the additional headers will only show up for the sections in which you entered text when creating that seller details profile. Therefore, if you only want to use the "Shipping" and "Payment" sections, for example, you would only enter text in those sections when creating your seller details profile.
