I've been using auctiva for a long time & I absolutely hate the sellathon so what I wind up doing is choosing NO COUNTER and then manually editing my ads through ebay which is REALLY starting to make me mad! Is there no other way? I'm sure there is but I just don't know? I hope!

Next question is about sales tax. In ebay, there is a sales tax table, allowing you to charge tax to more than one state. I don't see how to do that in Auctiva. Is this something I am missing or is it not available?

Last question is about the listings themselves. Sometimes when I'm building my lisitngs, it all appears perfect but when I post it, it looks all jacked up. Fonts change ~ alignment goes haywire and even the words sometimes show up where they aren't supposed to!

Okay... so those are my questions. Hope someone can help me. I've been meaning to get on this board for so long to ask about these things that are making me pull my frickin' hair out and today I've FINALLY had ENOUGH! lol

Thanks all!

Hi AbbyNormal,

1) The Sellathon counter is the only counter option offered through the Auctiva website. If you obtain the HTML code that generates the counter you would like to use, you could paste it into your HTML description when creating your listings through Auctiva. Otherwise, revising each listings after posting is the only alternative that comes to mind.

2) It is not currently possible to charge sales tax to multiple states when listings through Auctiva. We will most likely be implementing a tax table feature, similar to eBay's, to allow our customers to offer this option following our Phase II release, which is scheduled for May of 2007.

3) Please file a support request regaridng this issue using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free_auction_software_help/help.aspx
