Thanks for checking with us on this. There is no need to make any changes to your Auctiva account as a result of upgrading your eBay account to a business account, but it was a good idea to generate a new token after changing your eBay username.
Your Auctiva account would have continued to work just fine if you had not generated a new token but generating a new token should make it so your current eBay username is displayed on the eBay Settings and listing preview pages within your Auctiva account.
The only other thing you might want to do since you have changed your eBay username is update the header text on your Auctiva store and scrolling gallery to refer to your new eBay username. If you were to make changes to those areas, the change to your Auctiva store header would be visible immediately and the change to your scrolling gallery text would be visible within about 4 hours.
The option to update your Auctiva store header text can be found by mousing over the “Stores” tab within your account and selecting the “Header” option under Auctiva store. The option to update your scrolling gallery header text can be found by mousing over the “Stores” tab, selecting the “Customize” option next to scrolling gallery, and then navigating to the “Text and Placement” tab.
