a lil confused on scheduling

hello,
I am from the Uk,but i list predominately on the US site,i want to schedule my listings for 8-9 pacific time,on the scheduling section it says GMT.Does this mean i have to minus the hours off e.g schedule for 3.30am GMT

At the bottom of each Ebay page, way down on the left is a link to 'Ebay official time'. Remember if you list on the U.S. site your listings will start California (U.S.) time...check out the link and then do the math. For example I'm in Illinois so if I list something at 7pm it will actually be ebay time 5pm. I think this is gonna be really confusing...

on your account settings page you can change to timezone you prefer to want and then list your auctions to confirm to that time zone hours you prefer
