A little confused with the templates

Hello everyone, I am not new to ebay but I am new to Auctiva so forgive me if this has been talked about already. I am having trouble with the templates and just dont understand something. The templates are broken up into sections, such as Description, Shipping info, About us, and things like that. In my auctions I have filled out and previewed, I am only getting the section of "Description" in my posting, None of the other sections such as Payment, or Shipping are in the listing. Does anyone understand what I mean and happen to know what I am doing wrong? Thanks for the help!!

Hi!

To get those other sections to show up, you need to go to "Profiles" and then "Seller Details". Here you can save a profile with Payment, shipping, terms of sale,etc info.

Once you click on "Seller Details", it will lead you screen by screen for those different sections and then you can save it to use in your listings. When you work on a listing, just remember to click on your profile in the box that says "Select Seller Details" right next to where you choose a template.
