Hello,
First of all I want to say I love this site! I am excited to start using it and hope to learn allot!
1st question is, I have an e-bay store that I pay way too much for. If I disable that, will my activa store show up in all the ebay listings and or do I have controll over where they go? I think I found that I can controll where the store scroll box goes by inputting the html at the top of my page builder (I use robs help).I would prefer that scoll to be at the top of the page rather than the bottom.
2. So the only charge for using ebay and your store is the listing fees through e-bay?
3. I am in the process of starting to use video auctions. Is there any problem with this using your site?
If I cancel my store through ebay asap, will your store show up in my ebay listings?

Your stie is awsome! I can't wait to read and learn more.
Thanks sooo much!
Paula

Smile Welcome to Auctiva!!

Answer 1) Yes, your Auctiva store window will show up in all your auctions. However, you will not be able to list items in "store inventory" format. Not yet, anyway. Come May, Auctiva will be releasing "Phase II" When that happens, you'll be able to list Store Inventory items in your Auctiva Store, do all Post Auction Management (Selling Manager Pro) at Auctiva, and much more...all for free!
Answer 2) That's correct, eBay is the only one making money. If you select to sell Auctiva shipping insurance instead of using USPS, UPS,etc., your customers will pay the same rate as with USPS, but you'll also make .25 cents!
Answer 3) Sorry, no idea, I've never even looked into video auctions.

Anyway, welcome and enjoy!
So if I understand this correctly, The only way to have a *store* inventory is to have it at e-bay and then they will view it at auctiva? So when Auctiva has a store inventory are those going to have to be listed with e-bay as well or is that an entire entity in it's self that gives a person another avenue to sell their things? and will it cost to list things in auctiva's store that is coming?
Thanks so much!
Paula
