? about Editing Profiles

Good Morning!

I recently realized I hadn't changed my SHIPPING PROFILES to reflect the new postal rates, specifically the new USPS Insurance costs. So, I went into my Auctiva Profiles (Master, Auction & Store) & edited each of them, whereby a screen came back saying Profiles were changed/updated, blah, blah. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE for the changes to go into effect??? I ask that because several minutes after I made the Profile changes I attempted to prepare a listing & the old information, NOT the new, was still shown. BTW, I also changed various selling preferences within eBay to coincide with the Auctiva changes. Can anyone help?

It should be pretty much instant. Clear the browser cache, and check again. If it's still showing the old info, go back to the Manage Profiles and try editing them again, make sure you save it. If that doesn't work, file a support case.
