Hi,
I'm trying to generate eBay token to my Auctiva Account but came failure result: "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts? "

I did have another Auctiva account but I can't remember if I've generated then same token on it or not. Anyway I've closed it already. Anything I should do that can help me generate the eBay token to my current Auctiva account? Thanks a lot!

The best thing to do is have one of our support personal fix the problem for you. You can create a support case here:

Make sure to let them know what your eBay userID is and if you can remember your old auctiva userID and new userID that would be good to mention as well.
