Accept Offers From Buyers Box Isn't There?

This is the third BIN OBO listing I've done tonight. However, on this one, the 'Allow buyers to send you offers' box isn't there.

Why? Is anyone else having this problem?

If you've done others and they were OK, maybe it's a temporary glitch ?? I'd wait awhile and try again & if it still doesn't work file a support request.
