I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced.

I believe that the issues you described were both a result of some technical difficulties we experienced earlier today which caused shipping services and some other important eBay listing data to be unavailable on our lister page.

These issues should be resolved as of about 15 minutes ago, so I am hopeful that you will no longer encounter either of these issues the next time you attempt to list through your account.
