Accessing custom templates?

I've lost it....I cannot find the area to edit
a custom template that we are already using.
I see nothing under the listing tab. Has it been
relocated?

Well....nevermind. I didn't actually CLICK on the
listing tab. I just looked at the options that drop down. Templates really should be listed there to help other mentally challenged individuals like myself!
