accessing sellathon

I'm working on my first listing in years and find I can't get onto the sellathon site... it says my account is inactive and I've tried two different passwords that I thought might work, but they don't. I thought about putting a sellathon counter in my listing, but don't I need to be able to access the site especially if I choose to use a hidden counter? How can I get active again in order to do so? Any help much appreciated! Thanks! Mary

I am having this same problem as well... it says my sellathon account status is inactive.

How do i go about activating it?
