Yesterday I posted a string of items to be listed every 5 minutes. After clicking on the go button, I noticed that the starting time was NOT what I had selected. I went back and re-set the time and hit the go button again. HOWEVER, I didn't notice that it went from sequencial to simultaineous. And then it proceded to obay both commands. How do I withdraw the duplicate listings and will I have to pay for all the duplicates as well.

Once they are listed at eBay, you'd need to talk to eBay about the "accident". I'd start with Live Help there. Auctiva can't cancel listings, so I'm not sure if they could do anything with a Support Case (but it doesn't hurt to ask). You can always cancel listings yourself at eBay. I honestly don't know if eBay would back-out the listing charges. Eek

If you are also using Auto-relist, make sure you first use the Stop Auto-Relist button on the Active Listings page to STOP!, or more bad things might happen. Eek Eek Eek
