Account login by other workers.

Can you have employees login under another profile. If all employees login under the same password they have access to the full account area where they can change password, delete account etc.

I was hoping Auctiva would solve a problem that Ebay has with access to account details.

Does anyone have any advice.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for contributing to our forum.

We do not currently provide an option that would allow you to create sub-accounts with limited permissions for employees, but I certainly understand how that may be useful and have forwarded your comments in that regard to our Product Management team for consideration.

I regret that I cannot offer you a solution for this situation at present, but we appreciate the feedback nonetheless!
