Should the active listing count on Ebay not be the same as the active folder on Auctiva?

eBay counts Active Listings a bit differently than our system does, so the counts will not be identical in some cases. Usually this has to do with variation listings where our system counts the listing as a single item, but eBay counts the number of variants as items.

I don't have any variant listings, but do have some multiples which will not account for the difference. I have 1715 listings right now and Auctiva shows 1723

Please feel free to file a support case regarding the issue with your listings count so we can have a look. Please also be aware that we are in the process creating a new counter that does not utilize Flash and is compliant with eBay's projected active content rules.
