active ebay listings not showing up in auctiva

I have over 500 active listings on ebay and when I ask for them under active listings, it tells me that there are none! Is this a glitch or what?

Hi shladik,

As long as you have a valid token linking your Auctiva account to your eBay account, your active listings should be automatically imported into your Auctiva account and appear on your Active Listings page. If your active listings have still not imported by now, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
