Active Listings

Only used Auctiva a couple of times up to now so maybe doing something wrong.On the active listings page the bids do not show up(I have bids)and the hits column has N/A on every item.I have files a support case and was told it would be fixed in 4-6 hours but that 24 hours ago.Reading other posters does the active items columns work.The counters on Ebay are OK.(I think)

You wont see any hits on the Counters unless you use the SellAthon counters.

The bids will take 4-6 hours to update. That's just the way that it is...

If it is taking longer, keep on Support to get it fixed.

I should have said the Sellathon counters on Ebay are working ok.
