I'm new to Auctiva and just posted my first 2 listings thru here yesterday. I sign on this a.m. and one of my listings is showing up twice under active listings. I have tried contacting Auctiva, and keep getting an error. Keeps telling me I need a complete discription.
How do I go about fixing either of these problems. TIA

ok filing a support ticket? I went to contact this a.m. and tried that and was getting an error with it also. Thats how I ended up here. Is this actually a Monday? (lol) I just went and was able to file a problem, hopefully someone will get back to me soon with an answer. Just not my day I guess. Thanks
Hi 1rolinda,

As Dan mentioned above, you should make the duplicate listing hidden in your account at Auctiva -> Store(Tab) -> Edit Store Items. Any items that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will it be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 4 hours.
