Active Listings

Hi- welcome to auctiva.

I have been using auctiva it seems forever. But you will need to import your listings from ebay over if you have not already. Since is has been forever since I have done this, I think you have to get an ebay token and then transfer over. Bear in mind I did this years ago and it could have changed.

If you do not get answer (and most people did this once) and totally erased from their brain knowing they would never do again. . but if you do not get answer.. write support and they can tell you how for sure. They usually answer pretty quickly.

I also do not know what features are on the free trial for sure.

Hi Vickie thank you so much for your reply. I did generate a token, but it only imported some of my listings not all of them. I think I will go ahead and write support, thank you again for replying, have a lovely day.

I was just able to get the rest of your active listings imported for you, so they should all be showing up on your Active Listings page and in your scrolling gallery now. If you notice any remaining problem with this, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

I have the same problem. Only the items that have had sales were imported.

Blue.. I would write auctiva support, as apparently since they did not send Emmie a fix to do herself it must be a glitch they can do there fairly quickly.
