Active listings folder not updating

I posted some items on eBay yesterday, and a few more more about 5 days ago, and I haven't got any updated details on number of hits.

The ones from the other day are still small numbers of hits (sellathon shows many more hits - yes I am using the sellathon counter) and the ones from yesterday are showing N/A for hits. **ALL HAVE THE SELLATHON COUNTER ACTIVE**

Is this happening to anyone else, or can anyone tell me why it is happening?

Yep - it happens to me every time I post a listing. Auctiva is working on it. Just send the tech guys a message and let them know it's happening and they'll run a command to get it updated for you. Keep your help ticket in "Open" status so you can easily contact them when it happens again.
