Hi Community,

Due to our partial data migration last night, we are aware that some users no longer have all of their data, i.e. active listings, closed listings, and sales transactions, displayed in their Auctiva accounts. We will be completing this data migration, which is an essential step in our growth, over the next few days. All of your eBay data will be imported into your Auctiva account between today and, most likely, Saturday.

In the mean time, if you would like to change the empty window text that is displayed in your store window, you can do so at Auctiva -> Store(Tab) -> Store Window, by editing the "Empty Window Text" field and saving your changes. Once you have done this, the new text will be displayed in the store window in your active listings the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

-Mike

It is now Monday and I still only have 3 of my 5 active listings showing up. I don't know if this is just a problem with my listings or is still a site wide problem. If it is a site wide problem then when can we expect all of our listings to be showing up. Just for clarification: I am not talking about listings that I made in auctiva because I haven't started doing that yet, I'm talking about the one's created on ebay and Imported into my "Auctiva Active Listings" page. Thanks for your help.
angeluphigh - that's totally unrelated to this thread topic.

Start a new one, or file a suppport case. Try listing the item directly on eBay and hopefully they give you a clearer error message as to what they dont like.

You can use the GetHTML button on our saved listings page to get your HTML to paste into eBays lister so that you'll get your HTML and pictures from us.
Just thought I'd update everyone that this migration into listing hades will last another at least 9 days!!!!! Per quote from 10/30/06 email I rec'd.
"The overall slowness of the website during peak periods will continue until we're able to optimize some of our programming and do some software updates which should taken another 10 days or so."
I was then invited to just not use it, which is exactly what I will do except that I'm stuck w/the screwups in my current listings which were listed BEFORE the ?IMPROVEMENTS? were started.
This is so totally unacceptable!!
