Active Listings / Store Window Display Problems

Hello, first thank Auctiva for their good works!

But I have couple problems now ...

1. The "active listings" feature doesn't work out properly. We have around 35 items now up on ebay, but I only saw several of them displayed in my Auctiva page -- Active Listings. Noted this is not a reasonable delay -- more than 1 day has gone by and still ...

2. I have revised the "store window" and saved 12 hours ago, but the new color scheme seemed not show up yet.

Could anyone help please?

I am having problems with my Auctiva Store also. The store is displaying listings that I have deleted. I have tried several options...and they are still there. I am not sure what I need to do to have Auctiva list only what I want it to.
