Active Listings Update Rate?

I'm curious how fast the "active listings" tab updates in the My Auctiva site.

It seems that sometimes the bids and current prices are up to date while others they lag behind significantly (8-10hours). Is it a browser setting that I'm missing or does the refresh rate vary on the site?

This information is updated during our listing maintenance, which is generally done every 6 hours.

Also, I haven't checked, but does that 6hour refresh also apply to items while they are in the "Store" window?

Hi bmyton,

The Auctiva store window is refreshed every 2 hours, so once the listing maintenance is done, the updated information should be reflected in the store window the next time it refreshes.
