Active Listings View Should Update more often

Seems like the active listings update every few hours, would be nice if we could just completely stop logging onto ebay and do everything from auctiva. Maybe an update every 20 minutes? Instantaneous updates during the last 2 minutes of an auction? Would be even greater if we were able to reply to our ebay questions right through auctiva as well.

Agreed bmw. We are actively looking at ways to improve the 'freshness' of auction data without compromising performance. Its a priority on our end too.

I really agree with this issue. In my case it seems to take even longer than every few hours. I've tried clearing my cache to make sure I'm not just getting old info. I've had it take a day to show items have bids.
