Add E-Bay store categories to Emporium store?

Hello:

Is there a way to add E-Bay store categories to the emporium store?

I am not talking about the official e-bay categories that have id numbers.

Example - I created a category called - Matchbox Pick Up Trucks in my e-bay store to make it easier for my users to find the item they are looking for.

Is there a way to import these categories over to the emporium store or a way to manually input them?

Hello Toymaker -

Unfortunately there is no way to import the categories you have in your eBay store into your Emporium pages - you can import them in to your Auctiva account for selection when creating a listing from the eBay Account Information page of your account using the Update eBay Preferences button.

For your Emporium you would need to recreate categories using the Search Categories option from the Stores menu of your account. If you encounter any difficulty while doing so, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site and let us know what occurs for you and we'll be happy to assist.
