Add identifiers to saved listings?

Is there a way to add identifiers to saved listings, other than putting them in folders (which I've already done)? For example, I have a folder for my listings and a folder for my consignment clients' listings. Some of the listings in one folder may have the same auction title (same item), but one may start at 0.99 cents, one may start at $430.00, and one may be a Buy It Now. I can't tell from the auction titles on my saved listings screen which is which without opening them.
