OK, I've looked. I can't find how to add a pic to an existing listing.

I've never used it, but there is an option to add images under your active listings. Use the Listing Tab, then Active, and it should show everything current on Ebay. There is a Revise and AddImage block at the top of the list.
I searched "add image" and here are the two options I found:

i have tried to do the above add picture to active listing and it did nothing!
