Add shipping to Internat'l insurance

I need to purchase insurance for an international sale, but the shipping amount isn't included on the "purchase insurance" screen so it won't be covered. How to I enter the shipping and handling charges so they will be covered? (I've already sent the buyer an invoice through eBay with the correct amounts.)

I resolved it by changing my international insurance option to all itmes over $0.01 which includes shipping & handling...
