If you haven't yet figured it out....

go to the ebay auction.
go into revise mode...

If the pic's in the auction body, go into "EDIT DESCRIPTION" & just delete... you can add an alternate by placing the Auctiva picture URL, ie... <img src="http......jpg"> into the HTML page of the auction.

If it's the gallery picture, go to edit details & pictures of the ebay auction & replace it with the correct pic....sometimes takes several mintues or hours to actually chage on the ebay
search and Seller's Other Items pages.

good luck! Be glad you even HAVE pics this morning! Looks like ALL my auctiva pictures are gone from my auctions! Photobucket, here I come again!
Hi
I have tried all of the fixins that I can find. My problem is similar. I have 2 email accounts. I accidently uploaded 5 auctions to the wrong account. I went into the account and ended the auctions. Then I listed them on the other account like I wanted. BUTTTT....on the account that I do want them on has duplicates auctions showing in the scroller. I did this early yesterday and they are still there. I thought it would fix itself. So can someone PLEASEEE help me?
"Crabby" Smile ....

I know Auctiva doesn't charge any fees, but will ebay apply an extra "hidden" charges if you have to go into one of your active listings and make any revisions like this (to your images or text, etc)?

Not knowing this has prevented me from making some revisions that I think really should be made to little errors I made in some of my listings.

I look forward to hearing back. THANK YOU!

Kindly, Deana
Deana,
If you're using Auctiva's free service like most of us are, they charge nothing (obviously) even if you add additional pics. Ebay charges nothing to revise...you would only be charged if you added pics, and even then, before you submit, the charge would be visible to you and you could still cancel if you wanted to.
Auctiva has no hidden fees.
