I haven't found a field that updates ebay's listing condition of "new" that is a new requirment to allow items to go on to ebay express. Please add or let me know if i'm missing it....

Your missing it. After you select your category there will be a blue link right under the category number that says item specfics, that is for item condtion. 
I am missing it also. I am not seeing it after selecting the category. It is not giving me that option.
I'm not completely certain but I think another factor is that item specifics isn't available for all categories (and I'm not sure if that's just at Auctiva or at eBay as well).
It's there...except for certain categories that eBay won't be allowing auctions to be used on eBay Express.
I've been seeing the conditions with no problem, so sorry ya'll are having probs.

Your correct, Not sure of which catergories it is but I do know not all of them have item specifics.
It isn't just the "new" field thing that is the problem with ebay EXPRESS. It also will not allow you to use auctiva checkout! I went to ebay tech support to find out why my new BIN items were not showing up at Express and it is because I use auctiva checkout.
another thing that will keep your stuff from showing up in express - if you have paypal set to deny unconfirmed addresses, your items will not show up in express. you have to set it to either always accept or ask every time.
