I saw a few store with a Home Page, and I want one to. How do I add one to my store.

I asked someone from eBay via Live Chat and she really didn't know what I meant, so here is a page I found with an example, its not the best example, but it was the first I could find http://stores.ebay.com/Sandras-Acre_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQf...Q2d999QQftidZ2QQtZkm , as you can see its just a page no items, just html, which will allow me more customation

Under Store Design>Custom Pages create a custom page. Then at the bottom of the page, under Store Homepage, select that page as your Homepage.
